What I do
Do you lack confidence in your ability to write clearly? You’ve come to the right place! I will perfect your writing project until it is clear, concise and correct, whether starting from scratch or working from your draft.
I’m a writer, editor, and proofreader with more than 25 years’ experience. My credentials include a BA (literature), a BCom, and a Diploma in Proofreading and Copy Editing.
Who I help
Alongside business and legal papers and reports, I proofread academic articles and theses on a range of topics.
My writing work is generally business or law oriented. I am, however, versatile and can turn my hand to any written work including website content, CVs and cover letters, blogs, and profiles.
My process
For proofreading, online grammar check programs are great, but only go part of the way. I check for so much more than spelling, grammar and punctuation.
I’ll read your work to check every word is the right one, and in the right place, and make suggestions for how to word your work more clearly to maximise the impact of your writing – polishing your work while keeping the process hassle free.
